Project overview
The Conveyor & AMR Integration project was developed to optimize order processing within a fast-growing e-commerce fulfillment center. Increasing order volumes and expanding SKU ranges required a scalable automation solution capable of improving picking efficiency, reducing manual transport, and accelerating dispatch operations.
Machin delivered a fully integrated conveyor and Autonomous Mobile Robot (AMR) system designed to streamline internal logistics and support real-time optimization.
