The Automated Pallet Handling System project was implemented to optimize pallet movement and improve operational efficiency within a regional distribution center. With increasing shipment volumes and expanding storage requirements, the client required a scalable automation solution capable of streamlining internal logistics while maintaining high safety standards.
Machin delivered a fully automated pallet handling system designed to increase throughput, reduce manual intervention, and support long-term operational growth.

Rising inbound and outbound pallet volumes
Manual pallet movement creating congestion
Limited staging space
Inconsistent pallet routing efficiency
